A few things to know before
ordering
Use this page as a reference while discussing your garment order with us. You can customize any option, but only the details that suit your brand are necessary.
Standard care and packing are included
If you do not customize them, we use our standard care label with composition, washing instructions and Made in China, plus a blank garment bag with a size sticker.
One main label is enough for many new brands
Your size information can be included on the main label. A separate size label, hangtag or custom bag is optional.
Final pricing follows your design
Prices depend on artwork, dimensions, materials, colors and quantity. Sewing labels onto garments is normally included in the garment quotation; all shipping costs are excluded. Unused labels or hangtags can be stored for future garment orders or sent to another supplier if needed.
Approve a digital mockup before bulk production
Send your logo or artwork, dimensions, colors and quantity. Labels and hangtags are normally produced in bulk after digital mockup approval rather than sampled physically.

How your main label can be sewn
Common attachment methods include stitching around all four edges, securing two sides or two corners, and folding or tucking the label into a seam.
Label size examples
Main labels can be produced in different widths and heights. We select a suitable size from your logo, text, sewing method and placement.
Care Labels
A standard paper care label is included with fabric composition, washing instructions and Made in China. Custom care labels are available when you want your brand design a branded care label design.

Hangtags are optional. Add them when you want extra product or retail presentation; they are not required for new clothing brands.
Custom Hangtag / Swing Tag
The standard option is rectangular printed hangtag in your chosen size. Special shapes and finishes can also be arranged on request.

Shapes, cords & mockup examples
The samples below show a selection of hangtag shapes, optional cord style and hangtag card mockup. Your digital mockup will confirm the finished size, shape, artwork, hole position and selected cord or string.
PU Leather Labels
Value labels with thin genuine leather. These labels are commonly used on denim, outerwear and premium casualwear.

A raised or debossed logo pressed into the label surface.

Rubber Labels
Flexible molded labels add raised logos, color and texture to sportswear, streetwear, bags and outerwear. They are normally sewn onto the garment and can be machine washed.

Packaging & Swimwear Stickers
This section covers practical packaging information stickers and protective hygiene liners for swimwear — not decorative brand-logo stickers.
Packaging Size / Info Sticker

Practical advice
Unless your brand has already confirmed that custom box presentation is commercially necessary, we generally do not recommend it. Boxes take up substantial volume, so international shipping may cost more than the boxes themselves.

We will check the specifications and prepare the quotation and digital mockup for approval.
How mockup approval works
Before bulk production, we provide a digital mockup showing the artwork, size, colours, fold or shape, and key placement details for your approval. Because producing one physical custom sample usually costs close to setting up the bulk order, custom labels and hangtags normally proceed to bulk production after mockup approval.
The standard USD 100 reference price covers 1,000 finished pieces per design and includes the digital mockup. Different garment sizes can be mixed within the same 1,000-piece label design. All shipping costs are excluded. Sewing the labels onto garments is normally included in the garment quotation.
Reorders use the same reference price. For larger quantities, send us the exact quantity for a separate quotation — producing 2,000 pieces will usually not cost twice as much. If your garment order uses fewer pieces, we can keep the remaining stock for your future orders or, if needed, send it to another garment supplier you nominate.
